Climate Justice

Every opportunity that I've had to fight for climate Justice, I've stepped up. I supported increasing Allentown's electric vehicles, creating a tree canopy and studying the impact of solar panels on City buildings.

The climate crisis is here, and it is hitting working families, communities of color, and low-income neighborhoods the hardest. From flooding in Allentown to rising energy costs across Pennsylvania, people are paying the price while big corporate polluters reap record profits. We cannot wait—the time for bold action is now.

I will fight for cleaner and healthier communities by :

  • Investing in renewable energy like wind, solar, and geothermal to create good-paying union jobs and move Pennsylvania toward 100% clean energy.

  • Holding polluters accountable by ending corporate giveaways to oil and gas companies, closing tax loopholes, and making corporations pay their fair share.

  • Protecting clean air and water by strengthening environmental safeguards, cleaning up toxic sites, and ensuring every community has access to safe drinking water.

  • Prioritizing frontline communities—particularly low-income neighborhoods and communities of color—who face the greatest risks from pollution and climate change.

  • Lowering energy costs through energy efficiency programs, home weatherization, and expanding access to solar so families can save money while cutting emissions.

  • Building climate resilience by investing in flood prevention, green infrastructure, and disaster preparedness to keep our communities safe.

  • Support a statewide ban on fracking
